Barnes & Noble.com - The Fabric of the Cosmos: Space, Time, and the Texture of Reality

I started reading this book while I was away last week on business. Picked it up in the airport, and so far I really like it. It is basically a laymans explanation of physics and the cosmos, but it's written in a entertaining way. Many of the examples, for instance, involve Simpson's characters as the subjects. I'm only about a third of the way through (it's pretty dense), but I can already recommend it.
